What is neoprene material?
Neoprene (SBR CR SCR) is a synthetic rubber foam with a delicate, soft, and elastic feel. It has characteristics such as shock resistance, insulation, elasticity, impermeability, and breathability.Neoprene Material is used to make diving wetsuits for a long time. If you don’t make the current style I want will you source it?
Yes, we will source this for you also you can supply it to us. The prerequisite is that you can meet our MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) and be satisfied with the results of our sample products.
Why are your prices so low?
We get asked this quite frequently. I think the fear is we have cheap products. Our products are of great quality, and our customers love them and keep re-ordering. We have low overhead and only do neoprene products, so we aren’t trying to make money off of 1000’s of products. We love what we do. We are very efficient. I get tempted to raise our prices but would prefer many happy repeat customers.
Low prices are relevant. We have seen an influx of cheap products recently. They look great in the picture. But they are so inexpensive. Not much thicker than the poster board, the print is just slapped on as quickly as possible, so missing print areas, are crooked. It is embarrassing. We will NOT sell those products.
We get calls frequently from vendors offering cheapies. They are not something we would be proud to produce.
We buy stock by container, we have extremely efficient screens, and we have presses designed to print neoprene products quickly. We have worked hard over the years to become efficient.
Can you help me with the FDA registration?
Yes. After confirming the official order we will submit the registration for you and the fee is 300 USD.
Can I get some free samples?
Yes, we are pleased to offer you a free sample, but you need to pay for the freight cost.
What is the Guarantee for your products?

What is the MOQ to be met for free samples?
It depends on the product’s style . We support low MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) starting at 500pcs, regular 1000 pcs.We will provide shipping channel suggestions and budget to customers according to the demand.
Is the sample free? How many can I get?
Yes, We will charge a small fee for samples,but the fee of the samples will be refunded during the production of bulk orders.so the sample is free and we generally offer 1pcs for each item. You just only pay the shipping cost by PayPal,T/T, Credit Card,or Alibaba.
How long can I get the sample?
2-5 days will finish the sample, and 5-10days will arrive at your address. Also, we can help you send it to your agent, from Shenzhen, China.
Can you customize the samples style according to my design requirement?
Sure! We can customize it to your desired styles, color,fabric,straps and other accessories based on our mature supply system.
Can I get a sample with my own logo?

Is the artwork for printing free and what is the requirement for artwork?
If you don’t have an artwork, we have professional designers with over 15 years experience, they may make your fantastic ideas come ture. We support free design.
If you have your own artwork, please try to mail it with the following requirements.
File Formats: Adobe Illustrator(.ai), Coral Draw, Photoshop(.psd), PDF, high-quality JPEG and TIFF with above 300 DPI.
What is your Production MOQ?
Our MOQ is flexible and can be negotiated,Usually, our MOQ is 500pcs,We accept lower quantities for your trial order. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need
Can I purchase your products in bulk? How is the MOQ?
Yes. Our MOQ is flexible and can be negotiated,Each variety starts at 100-500pcs.
What documents and certificates can you provide?
We can provide all the documents required for customs clearance and registration (CE, BSCI, etc.). Free trade certificates, halal certification, FDA certification, etc. are not a problem. Please feel free to contact us.
How long is the production lead time?
The production time of neoprene products is generally 7-25 days, depending on different styles ,process and fabric. If it’s just printing(like screen print or heat transfer print) on existing inventory styles, the time for mass production is 3-5 days. It can be controlled according to the actual situation of the order, please feel free to contact us.
What is the shipping time for the finished product?
It depends on the shipping channel, divided into sea, rail, and air. We deliver the small order by express like DHL, FedEx, UPS and TNT(5-7 working days). If your order is big, we may choose air transportation or shipment by sea.The general shipping time by sea is 40-45 days.
What happens with re-orders?
Good news here. If you re-order within a year of your last order with the exact same design, we take $50-$200 off of your order.Makes it very easy to do re-orders.
What payment methods are accepted?
Generally we customers make payment by 1.TT(electronic funds transfer) From All Countries ,2.Western Union,we may also accept small payment by 3.Paypal (4.Credit Card Accept) for sample order and,5. LC(letter of credit) for big order.6.Alibaba Trade Assurance. Click for payment information.
How is the payment？
50% Deposit for order confirmation, 50% balance payment within one day before delivery.
